Principles of Patient Power

Why the name PatientPower?
Well, firstly it’s a spoof on Christine’s name ! – her family surname has sometimes been puzzling to others.  So her name is Patient, and she works in a clinic and see “patients” and her work requires a lot of patience.  And one of her sisters has been a nurse all her life, so she has been called nurse Patient.

But more to the point – Christine’s basic principle of healing is to enable people to take back their own power in healthcare.

Christine believes in enabling people to take more responsibility for their own health – physically – and emotionally – and spiritually – in order to become their highest possibility.

So, power to the patient to work on their health rather than to rely solely on the medical system to sort out a problem that has manifested through lack of self-awareness.

Shiatsu and Reiki treatments do not create dependency !
After a course of treatment your body and spirit are strengthened from within, enabling you to be more centered and confident in living life.

It is very beneficial to follow up with a session, say every 3 or 4 weeks, to keep your life at a high level of energy and to prevent further problems re/occurring.

Let Your Light Shine !s
It is not our material world alone that gives us sustenance. True fulfilment is an inner feeling – a way of being.

One of the ways you can re-connect to, and touch, this inner fulfilment is through healing shiatsu or reiki  - and then you can carry it out into your world.
Take time out to reconnect with your soul – go into meditation.

World Peace is a personal thing
“Seeking and finding peace within, could…end all wars, eliminate conflict, prevent injustice and bring the world to everlasting peace. What is needed is not a change of circumstance, but a change of consciousness.”

Quote from Neale Donald Walsh series “Conversations With God”,  book 2.
